The "MLM/L2A Imports" section in Onevigilance will allow you to import Zip files, containing multiple XML files that you should select accordingly:
Import type | Files that can be imported |
MLM | Zip file containing MLM xml files only |
L2A | Zip file containing L2A xml files only |
Other | Other xml files that do not fit previous options
(e.g. multiple XML files for ICSRs that you would like to use the batch import functionality instead of manually creating the corresponding ICSR)
|
1. Within a given client, you can access the "MLM/L2A Imports" section in the left menu
2. Click the "Browse" button to select the corresponding ZIP file containing the XML files (MLM, L2A, etc)
3. An "import name" will be automatically generated based on the provided zip filename
4. Select the corresponding type of import (see table at the top of this article for your type options)
5. Click Import and you import will begin
This may take a few seconds to start on the Import Progress table to the right, so please wait
6. Once import starts you will see an active import progress.
The import name will be the same as the zip file name (or other if you've updated it on import).
While this import can take anywhere between minutes and hours depending on the numbers of files within the zip, as soon as the first file is imported, you can refresh the page so that corresponding ICSR is displayed in the triage section below.
7. You willow you can give items an evaluation reason (changing them from the status "Pending Triage" to "Pending Decision") and/or directly evaluate them as relevant (green thumbs up) and Not Relevant (red thumbs down) you can either do this in bulk or per file individually. Once evaluated, evaluation reasons cannot be changed.
8 - once evaluated, these items will go to the last table on the page where the evaluated items are. Please refresh this page after you're done evaluating to ensure all information is accurately shown.
9 - Relevant items will be available also in your Client Information section, aka, your ICSR list. Those same files will have the ICSR Code that is the same as the original file you imported inside the zip (minus the ".xml" extension)
