Can't edit or delete a question/group/module - what to do?
1) In the case of a question
it is likely due to being in accord with your answered form design, specifically to one of the following options:
a) the question is immutable, meaning that once you've given a response it can no longer be interacted with, or;
b) the questions is currently being hidden, or;
c) the question has an Answer Limit (option only relevant for editing a question), meaning that there's a limit to how many of the same question can be answered, even across different answered forms, or;
d) the module stage or answered form stage you are currently in does not allow you to modify that field.
What to do for each option?
a) Make a new form, or group within the current form.
b) Confirm in your form design why you chose to have this question hidden (potentially by way of an Edit Check you required).
c) This question cannot be answered past the number of Answer Limits you've requested, even a new answered form will not change this.
d) Revert ALL module stages and the answered form stage back to an editable stage (e.g. Data Entry) - see where at the end of this document.
2) In the case of a module or group
In all likelihood you have one or more module stages in a non-editable stage and/or the entire answered form stage in a non-editable form as well. The solution here is to revert back to an editable stage for all these (e.g. Data Entry) - see where below:
