Inside your answered form, start by going to the upper-right "Modules Details" section:
Once here, choose the stage you wish to transition into from the drop-down menu in front of each Module:
Now click on the blue arrow (1) which will open a pop-up where you put in your credentials (2) and finally sign the stage transition (3)
The module is now in the stage you signed it into:
You can change it again into another stage of your choice.
