Creating a Follow-up and Follow-up History

To create a Follow-up (given you have the user permission to do so), go to the first page of your answered form and click on the below button:

You will be asked if you're sure to want to proceed - click on the green button if you do:

On the same initial page, but on the tab "Follow-up History" on the top right you can consult all previous follow-ups and stage transitions (for stage transitions please consult https://support.onevigilance.com/portal/en/kb/articles/signing-and-stage-transitioning-an-answered-form)
