Signing and stage transitioning an answered form
Inside your answered form, select the stage you want to transition your form to (1) , and then click on the blue button to the left of that selection (2):
A pop-up to confirm your credentials will appear, once that's confirmed just click on the green button to continue:
Now if you go to the Follow-up history tab, the respective stage transition will be available:
And in the Signatures tab, you will see the previous stage, as well as who and when they signed it:
This can be done (or reverted, depending on your user permissions) as often as you require.
