Changing the answered form name/code

To change your answred form / ICSR code, simply go onto you ICSR list, hover your mouse over the ICSR you want to change and a small symbol beside the name will appear:


Click on it and change the name to whatever you want:

Don't forget to hit the blue check mark at the end!
And it's done.

(Note: any changes to an ICSR will change the column "Last Modification" to the date and time it was modified)
