1. How to generate MedDRA API Key to use in Onevigilance


You can register for an API key via the following page: https://mid.meddra.org/account/register

  1. Provide your MedDRA subscription ID in the username field
  2. Provide your MedDRA subscription password in the password field
  3. Click “Login
  4. Once you request the API key, you should receive instructions on your email with the MedDRA API key

2. Configure MedDRA credentials in Onevigilance


Within each client, you'll be able to access the page "Client properties configuration".
On this page:
  1. Provide your MedDRA subscription ID
  2. Provide your MedDRA API key that you've just generated
  3. Click "Save Properties"

From this moment, you've be able to perform the MedDRA searches within Onevigilance.
